Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers by greeting them, creating an inviting atmosphere, and attending to their inquiries.
- Manage inventory and restock products as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store shelves, counters, and products.
- Operate the cash register, and perform cash-handling duties including making change and processing transactions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers to assist them with their purchasing decisions.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary:$15-$17 Per Hour.
