Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License.

Compensation: $18.27 per hour

• Weekend differential $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 7am Saturday through 6:59am Monday! ***

Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide direct services to one client, including life skills development, community engagement, healthcare support, and vocational training.
• Actively seek and develop vocational opportunities tailored to the individual's preferences and abilities.
• Provide transportation to work and appointments, ensuring timely access to essential services.
• Implement and monitor the individual's behavior plan and Individual Support Plan (ISP), documenting progress and achievements.
• Foster a positive and healthy work environment, promoting safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical, medical, and ancillary staff, to ensure holistic care and support.
• Attend staff meetings, supervisions, and mandatory trainings to enhance professional development.
