The Organization: Marketing Intelligence

Latcha’s Marketing Intelligence organization comprises several key roles:

  1. Campaign Planners: They shape the success of current and future campaigns by identifying opportunities, conducting competitive research, and developing audience, channel, and creative strategies.
  2. Insights Analysts: They analyze data, generate valuable insights, and provide recommendations to help clients make informed business decisions.
  3. Analytics Design Specialists: In this role, you’ll design requirements for PowerBI dashboards and visualizations based on client and internal stakeholder needs. You’ll also establish best practices for analytic tagging and ensure the accuracy of tagging and reporting deliverables.
  4. Data Science: This team focuses on predictive modeling, including machine learning, natural language processing, and personalization.

As an individual contributor in the role of Analytics Design Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the following key areas:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Leverage your deep understanding of analytics, reporting, and analytics tracking to enable impactful insights.
  • Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams to address custom business challenges related to reporting and tracking projects.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

Client Partnership

  • Work closely with both internal onshore/offshore teams and client analytics and data teams.
  • Understand and implement customized analytics digital tagging/tracking specifications for digital content across marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify reporting opportunities and apply analytical tools to real-world scenarios.

Project Planning and Implementation:

  • Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders. Create mock-up visualizations, write reporting requirements, and validate the accuracy of implemented reports before they go live.
  • Implement digital analytic tagging to ensure appropriate attribution for marketing initiatives in the client’s Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics instances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement insightful reports that empower decision-making across all levels of our client organizations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Data Visualization Expertise: Utilize your expertise in data visualization to create compelling and actionable visual representations of complex data.
  • Deep understanding of KPI’s use in digital, cross-channel, and CRM marketing.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2 years previous experience in implementation, QA, analytics, or project management role preferred.

Desired Skills

Industry Expertise:

  • Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors.
  • Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Tool Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

Quick Learning:

  • Aptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and emerging trends.

Business Consulting:

  • Ability to communicate analytics tagging/tracking best practices and methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements Gathering Experience:

  • Comfortable designing, documenting, and working with offshore teams to implement marketing and business operations reports.
