The schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hour days and includes Saturdays.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Leasing!
• Inspecting the property tour path each day.
• Taking prospective residents on tours.
• Knowledge of the TAA Lease and Addendums.
• Answering the phone.
• Completing Lease files and submitting to the Community Manager for approval.
• Managing the property social media marketing and resident events.
• Maintaining a professional and upbeat front office presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
