Job Summary: LassiterWare, an Acrisure agency partner, is currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Account Manager in our Tampa location. This position supports Producers and/or service agents with their service needs and with making changes to existing accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Document and process incoming mail, endorsement requests and renewals as directed Process certificates of insurance and evidence of property Review policies for accuracy as directed Assist with ordering loss runs This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required Valid State of Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license Minimum of one year insurance agency experience Knowledge of insurance products and industry standards Desire for position growth Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) AMS360 or similar agency management software experience, a plus Other Qualifications: Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with clients and team members Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives Self-motivated and driven Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
