We are looking for an experienced AMAZING INSURANCE COORDINATOR to join our team!! Are you a loyal, motivated, hard working, reliable and team oriented individual interested in a position as an insurance coordinator for our small, yet busy, private practice dental office? If so, we are ready to meet with you as soon as possible. We have one dentist, one hygienist, four ops, and a very amazing, fun and friendly team who works together to ensure we all have the perfect work day!

**Knowledge of PPO insurances, Dentaquest and OPEN DENTAL software is preferred.

**Potential for this position to lead into office manager role. **

As the insurance coordinator, the tasks include: insurance verification, outstanding insurance concerns, submitting pre-approval requests, billing, post insurance payments, preparing treatment plans, calculating copays, and addressing patient questions regarding finances. Basic front desk responsibilities will also be included throughout the day.

This is a full time, 4 day/week position, Monday-Thursday, 9:00-5:00.

Dental front office experience is necessary for this position.
