Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of our trade shows and other events.

This person must have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in order to efficiently manage and execute multiple shows in varying industries.

The Trade Show Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Director and serves on the Operations Team.

What You'll Do :

• Greeting customers as they walk into the CEC at Laser Photonics
• Answering phones and scheduling visit to the CEC at laser Photonics
• Work with internal and external vendors to maintain and upgrade display materials as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of promotional items and follow up on reordering additional items as needed. Research and recommend additions to program as directed
• Coordinate and prepare Tradeshows
• Book all travel, booth, lodging, and other things necessary to conduct each trade show
• Preparing shipping of trade show elements to and from the trade show location
• Prepare all trade show online projects.
• Must be able to stand / sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

What You’ll bring :

• Associate degree in related field required; Bachelors preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade show planning and execution
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as listening skills required
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results, and manage multiple priorities
