LaSalle Network has partnered with a company that works with educational software programs for schools. They are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Lincolnshire, IL.

The ideal canddiate will have 1-3 years of relevant work experience along with great time management skills. This person will be responsible for entering orders promptly and accurately daily.

Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities :

Entering orders promptly and accurately - this may include special or large volume projects

Answers incoming calls and emails in a professional and effective manner.

Investigating and resolving any issues or difficulties with a customer.

Actively contributing during team meetings with project updates and customer feedback.

Assisting management team with special projects, reporting and problem analysis.

Scheduling the trainings with the school districts

Helping write / review contracts

Sales Support Specialist Requirements :

1-3 years of relevant office work / customer service experience

Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) software programs

Working knowledge of Salesforce

Must have time management skills Sales / Marketing support role experience

Must be team oriented with good problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and solution oriented mindset
