Financial Systems Analyst

Up to $110,000 (base salary)

4 days on-site in Coppell

A growing organization in the hospitality industry is searching for a Financial Systems Analyst to work on the implementation, and on-going maintenance of their brand new FP&A application, Oracle EPM Cloud.

The Financial Systems Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Cloud EPM, which is a financial software used to facilitate various financial processes. This role demands a blend of financial acumen and technical prowess to optimize system functionality, streamline operations, and uphold data accuracy.

Job responsibilities:

  • System Evaluation: collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • System Deployment: configure financial software solutions to align with organizational requirements.
  • Data Oversight and Reliability: safeguard the accuracy, and confidentiality of financial data
  • User Training: deliver training sessions to end-users on financial system functionalities.
  • System Integration: coordinate with IT teams to integrate financial systems with other business applications.
  • Report Generation: produce and analyze financial reports to furnish insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Enhancement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 years’ experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS, PBCS, or EPCM
  • Good understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
