Our client, an Italian food manufacturer, is looking to hire a Demand Planner for their team as the organization expands its operations. This fast-growing company is looking for a driven, quick learner to assist in the development of demand planning processes and align with company growth.
As our client continues to grow their brands, this Demand Planner will be responsible for driving improvement within the demand planning function. If you're looking for a role that will allow you to tap into both your analytical and people skills, please apply below!
Demand Planner Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting consumer demand for the North America brands
  • Support management with risk assessments
  • Develop mitigation plans to ensure the demand planning function is functioning at optimal efficiency
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy
  • Monitor and report on significant demand changes in sales forecasts and business strategies
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Present demand analytics in a digestible format to upper level management
Demand Planner Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business discipline
  • 3 years of demand planning, supply chain or related analytical experience
  • Preferred food manufacturing or CPG experience
  • Preferred SAP APO, JDA, Oracle software experience
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Ability to present analytical findings in a digestible manner
