Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist with administrative tasks. Duties:
- Accurately document patient encounters, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Assist healthcare professionals with data entry and maintaining electronic medical records
- Transcribe physician dictations and ensure accuracy of medical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of documentation
- Provide support during patient examinations, including taking vital signs and preparing examination rooms
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Perform basic life support procedures as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
