We are seeking an individual who has previous restaurant management experience in FOH and BOH. ( preferably culinary/cooking experience with casual Steakhouse) Candidates must be available to work weekends and close at least three nights a week. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise, direct, and inspire the staff to ensure that customers have consistently great food and quality service. Additionally, you will be expected to fill in for any staff member in case of absenteeism and ensure that the overall function of the restaurant is managed properly, which requires you to be highly proficient as a server and bartender.

* Innovative thinker with can do/make it happen attitude
* Spanish speaker, although not required, would be beneficial
