Do you have a love for mathematics education and enjoy helping teachers to implement high-quality instruction? Join our team as a Teaching & Research Intern and assist with creating teacher materials and supporting documents to accompany our K-12 mathematics program. 

Your work will include: 

• Supporting the Teaching & Research team in creating and reviewing teacher rubrics for grading student work on K-12 mathematical tasks.
• Contributing to evidence documents citing strong exemplars within K-12 materials to satisfy key evaluation criteria. 
• Assisting with projects related to external reviews, including planning and developing reviewer guides and materials. 
• Assisting in the preparation of analysis and reports. 
• Supporting the Teaching & Research team in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

A Qualified Candidate: 

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education.
• Has successfully completed an early field experience or has other relevant experience in K-12 classrooms. 
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of instructional best practices in mathematics. 
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrates math proficiency up to and including Calculus.
