Compensation: $90,000 - $141,000 yearly salary
Core Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:
The Audit Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to Senior and Associates Audit staff. Has a high comfort level of communicating with clients in a concise, timely, and personalized manner.

- Manage audit engagements regarding client budget and financial reporting.
- Provide clients with in-depth industry knowledge.
- Deliver detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks.
- Develops and maintains client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid CPA license required.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.
- Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically.
- Proven ability to self-direct and effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
- Experience in Construction, Food and Agriculture, Not-For-Profit, and/or International Tax a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or another relevant field required.
- 5 years’ experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression of complexity of accounting tasks and tax knowledge, international experience a plus.
