We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate records. Monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and coordinate with purchasing to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage warehouse activities to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Supervision and Training: Lead and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement procedures for warehouse efficiency and process improvement.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all warehousing and inventory management activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze inventory and warehouse performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and database systems, including Microsoft Business Central, is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in inventory management or related field are preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field are highly encouraged to apply.
