Job Opportunity:* HVAC Service Technician
*Position Summary:* You will perform residential and light-commercial HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with the company’s high-quality service standards while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.

Abilities, Skills & Knowhow:*
* Proficiency in charging and recovering refrigerants
* Proficiency in advanced refrigeration cycle diagnostics
* Proficiency trouble-shooting electrical components and circuits
* Proficiency in airflow and ECM motor diagnostics
* Proficiency with gas heating diagnostics and repair
* Proficiency with heat pumps, defrost cycle, reversing valves, and TXVs
* Proficiency with ductless, two-stage, and variable capacity technology
* Proficiency in brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming
* Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
* Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments
* Ability to efficiently repair equipment in fast-paced environment
* Confident social skills
* Positive and enthusiastic
*Required Qualifications:*
* Minimum of two years previous related experience
* Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the Company’s insurance carrier
* Must maintain the ability to pass a background check and regular drug screening
* Must have an EPA Certification
