TITLE: BILINGUAL CLINICIAN
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: FULL-TIME / EXEMPT
STARTING SALARY PAY RANGE: $78,000 - $80,000
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services, the primary role of the Bilingual Clinician is to provide comprehensive strengths based behavioral health services to homeless and/or marginally housed transitional aged youth. The Bilingual Clinician is responsible for clinical screenings and assessments, crisis intervention and de-escalation, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, linkage and referrals, and clinical consultation and professional development to program staff. The Bilingual Clinician works from a strength-based model using trauma-informed interventions. This position emphasizes Harm Reduction and Restorative Practices when working with youth and clinical consultation with staff.
