EP/Cath Lab Rad Tech - Days - Deaconess Midtown
40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Primary Location: Deaconess Midtown Evansville, IN
Shift Requirements: Days, 4x10
Float Requirements: Potential to float between Midtown/Gateway campus based on census
On Call/Call Back Requirements: Take call 2 days per week falling on Saturday/Sunday, 60-minute response. No overnight call for EP but they do work late about 30-35% of the time.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every third weekend/Holiday coverage as scheduled
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT
Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE EP EXPERIENCE - 2 years experience
Charting Experience Required: prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements
Required Skillset: Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables (EP/Cath Lab)
Uniform info: will provide hospital scrubs
Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
