Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months Contract

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivery of global third-party tool rollouts, projects and enhancements for the go-to-market area.
• Follows best practices and suggests improvements to processes used to assess and support tools.
• Partners with the Sales Enablement team to support training, communication and adoption.
• Manifests hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support go-to-market (Sales and Support). Gong and SalesLoft knowledge preferred.
• Ensures the applications are supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation, test cases and logical application diagrams.
• Recommends solutions, and considers opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools/products.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate and document As-Is/To-Be process flows and provide gap analyses of current business processes that need improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree
• 6 years’ experience in business analysis
• 3 years' experience using GBO tools like SalesLoft, Gong, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Dynamics 365
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, JIRA etc.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work in a fast-paced work environment
• Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback to peers and colleagues
• Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
• Ability to solve challenges creatively
• Experience working in an agile work environment
• Knowledge and use of analytical and data analysis tools including Excel
