Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Representative. In this role you will be asked to research, plan, and execute strategies to strengthen program participation and grow the business.
Duties:
Develop an implement strategies to reach/retain Curally program participants
Conduct participant satisfaction surveys.
Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to bring on new Curally clients.
Gathering and organizing operational data and reporting.
Various HIPPA compliant claims and value reporting.
Assist medical team with coordination of scheduling and management strategy to maximize resource allocation.
Other tasks/reporting as required.
Skills:
Marketing or Customer Service background preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Exposure to clinical or medical fields is a benefit.
