Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sonographer to join our medical team. As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations on patients using specialized equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
- Position patients correctly to obtain the best images
- Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings as necessary
- Analyze images and provide accurate interpretations to physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine appropriate diagnostic evaluations
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, if required

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Sonographer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of sonography principles, techniques, and equipment operation
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficient in performing diagnostic evaluations using ultrasound technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
