As a Construction Project Manager for Exterior Finishes and Interior Drywall Finishes your role will involve coordinating various teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish): Bilingual is a must, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Experience: Construction experience is a plus but will train the right person, who meets our core values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold company standards and specifications.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Team Coordination: Lead and supervise project teams, delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. Proactively identify delays or bottlenecks and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
