Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to Hardscaping, plant installs, and drainage. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to creating beautiful landscapes.
Duties:
- Assist in construction of patios
- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Assist in Retaining wall builds
- Operate power tools such as compactor, blower, cut off saw
- Use hand tools for tasks such as digging, raking, and spreading base material
- Organize jobsite and tools
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Follow Job plan with foreman
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping required
- Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping tasks
- Knowledge of proper hardscaping techniques
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic understanding of building landscape structures is a plus
Requirements:
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor-intensive tasks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
