The Sales Consultant will market the newest technology to builders, interior designers, contractors, architects, business and homeowners.

We are looking for applicants that are self-starters, engaging, detail-oriented, have the ability to be productive independently and on a team, enthusiastic and overall, put out positive vibes. All applicants must maintain a professional appearance, communication skills, and strong technical knowledge. Prior experience in construction and AV is a huge plus.

Summary:

Lanza AV has made the sales process simple. If you have at least one year of successful AV sales experience and want to determine your own earning power, this is right up your ally. Sales consultants average between 60 to80k in their first year with potential to exceed $100k. Lanza AV offers sales team members the following advantages and benefits:

Key Job Responsibilities:

Possess skills/ knowledge of audio, video, network, security and automation
Must have a proven track record of sales growth
Familiarity with construction, design, project management, workflows
Proven ability to be productive while working independently
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Hit deadlines
Under-promise, over-deliver mentality
Self-starter and engage with current and prospective customers
Computer and clerical experience are preferred
Physical and virtual; site visits, client proposals, presentations
Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check prior to employment

Minimum Job Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Ability to work on rotating service schedule
Proficient in all Senior level qualifications
Assist in training and evaluation of up to Senior level technicians
Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing
Clean driving record and background check
Minimum of 2 years of construction field related experience
2 years of directly related work experience and with knowledge of AV systems in residential and commercial applications.
