This role ensures operations are functioning properly for customers ensuring quality measures are met. This position also provides support where needed including; training, dock flow, operations and customer satisfaction.

 Key Deliverables:

1. Has a positive attitude and provides courteous, friendly service to all internal team member and external customers, by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
3. Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
4. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
5. Supervise Facility Managers and provide feedback and guidance
6. Oversee all process procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
7. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
8. Solicit feedback from customers and determine if requirements are met
9. Communicate results effectively with key stakeholders
10. Identify and develop efficiencies
11. Protects company assets and confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full - time position, specific hours with vary based on the location, typically Monday through Saturday 32-40 hours per week. Evenings, overnights, and weekends are required based on location and needs of business.

 Travel:

This position requires up to 50% travel within the district area.

 Required Education and Experience:

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Understanding of quality control processes, procedures and relevant legal standards
3. Excellent mathematical skills working with data and providing analysis using statistical methods
