Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service, team management, and shift coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise bar staff to provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting performing inventory counts, menu pricing, and owning alcohol and non-alcohol bar supply orders.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Shift management experience preferred
