Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is a vital role in our food service operation, as it contributes to the overall efficiency and smooth running of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized before reuse
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate storage areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bussing, catering, banquet, or restaurant operations is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills:
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
