Lane's Tire and Auto Care is looking for an Energetic, Polite, Well-groomed Individual with great computer and customer service skills to join our team. Duties will include delivering amazing customer service to our guests, assisting our Service Advisor Team with preparing estimates and repair orders, parts acquisition, as well as assisting with multiple other tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
• Very well organized with the ability to manage time efficiently
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
• Proficient computer skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record required.
