    Salary: $23.41-$33.32 per hour, depending on experience
    Duration: This is a grant funded position through June 2023.

    • Oregon schools have been directed by the Governor under OAR 333-019-1030 to ensure that school teachers, staff and volunteers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. "Fully vaccinated" is defined as 14 days after receiving all required doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine (currently two shots of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one shot of Johnson & Johnson vaccine). Under this rule employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Exemptions may be made or eligible medical or religious reasons.
    • POSITION PURPOSE: This position assists the Coordinator of Lane Career Technical Education (CTE) in development and outreach efforts as assigned, including partnership development and communication, program planning and implementation, and report writing.
    • PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
      • Serve as project/program coordinator of Lane CTE.
        • Assist the coordinator in facilitating the work of assigned committees/workgroups.
        • Coordinate activities and initiatives identified by various committees/workgroups.
        • Assist the coordinator in preparation of program, local and state reports as required for ODE.
        • Assist in gathering information for assigned program and project budgets and monitoring program expenditures.
      • Assist the coordinator in outreach and communication associated with assigned CTE projects or initiatives.
        • Communicates with partners related to programming.
        • Assist with identifying and developing new partnerships.
        • Review program materials for accuracy.
      • Coordinate activities at for assigned programs such as after school programs and camps, tours, workshops, internships, job shadows, industry tours, and career expos.
      • Participate in state forums, meetings, conferences, and trainings.
      • Complete other duties as assigned.
    • KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/TRAINING:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or other related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • Two years or equivalent experience in project or program coordination is preferred with experience in a public school or social services setting preferred.
    • Ability to use various document processing platforms, databases, worksheets, and electronic communication systems required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing).
    • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with internal staff, and agency partners required.
    • Demonstrated ability to use technology necessary to perform the duties of the job is required.
    • Demonstrated ability to make formal presentations and facilitate diverse groups, solicit input and to synthesize and summarize information and ideas for program purposes required.
    • Posses a valid Oregon driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
    • Spanish language skills preferred.
