ABOUT YOU | We are looking for a Pool Construction Project Manager with 5 years of experience working primarily in a role of managing Pool and Hardscape construction installations for complex outdoor environments. A solid working knowledge of construction plans, process, and documentation related to pools is required. Must have the ability to interpret and implement design intent and execute the installation of these designs.
ABOUT THIS POSITION | This position requires extensive pool construction and project management experience. The primary responsibilities will be overseeing and managing the pool construction division activities while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff. This position requires the management of budgets and division goals and will be expected to provide direction and insight into continual development of process and procedures related to the pool division. to Their focus is primarily overseeing field operations, with regular time in the office collaborating with the design team, managing project communication, schedules, and keeping budgets up to date for weekly reporting.
