Landus is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist! Would you consider yourself to be reliable and detail-oriented? Then come join our team!
We are seeking a motivated individual who can compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records and assisting customers/employees. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to the following:
- Assist location personnel with accounting questions.
- Maintain each customer account for correct salesman.
- Compile information and prepare spreadsheets to assist Landus Cooperative and outside auditors.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Process daily purchase and sales transactions.
- Enter received on accounts and prepare deposits for bank.
- Verify bills and sales tickets that are received.
- Scan and index invoices with imaging system.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid state motor vehicle license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Two years of related experience.
- Good computer skills.
