Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL or Rockford, ILSchedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm ET/8am-5pm CTSalary range: $17.72-$22.15 per hour, depending upon experience What work will you perform?You will handle incoming calls about various owner-operator settlement issues and/or requests for funds. You will be responsible for resolving issues internally or forwarding them to the department best able to resolve them while promoting retention. Essential Responsibilities: Perform follow-up calls and provide consistent monitoring of open issues Assist owner-operators with initiation of customer services disputes Document all calls that require action either within contractor services and/or other departmentsEvaluate financial statistics for owner-operators and make suggestions of how to increase net settlementsReview/research owner-operator red file issues Research contractor negative debt balances and assist in resolutionContact contractors to discuss and collect negative balances and unreturned pre-trip advances due to the companyProvide approval/denial of advance requests up to $1,500Investigate trip paperwork issues and if possible, retrieve, label, and forward for processing Minimum Experience and Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredOne year of experience working in a call center Preferred Experience and Qualifications:1 year of transportation experience6 months cash handling/management/banking Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Professional demeanor Strong oral and written communication skills Must be able to perform quality work with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentData entry skills 88 kpm
