The candidate who fills the site superintendent position will need strong coumminication and organization skills. He/She will run the day-to-day operations on mulitple construction project, controlling short term operations and schedule. The superintendent role also includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities. Working along with the project manager, the site superintendent will cooperate and share control effectively working as a team. Superintendents are almost universally stationed on the construction sites, while the project manager is primarily in the office with part time on site resplonsiblities.
Some Responsibilities include:
pre-planning projects
scheduling sub contractors
Daily Scheduling
Material ordering
Daily notes
Cost and Labor control updates
Weekly meetings with PM and Client
Before, during, and after photos
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
