We are a well established, custom residential landscape company, based in Bend with about 20 team members. Currently we’re looking for a landscape gardener to join us for the Fall of 2023. We have a part-time (20-30 hours/week) position available. Work days are Monday - Friday throughout the season (Apr-Nov). Candidates should have at least 1 year of verifiable experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Drive company vehicle to locations in Bend and/or Sunriver

-Proper use and care of tools/ power equipment/ vehicles

-Work to maintain landscapes to the highest level of detail

-Identify and care for plants….both natives and ornamentals

-Identify and pull weeds

-Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors and crew members

-Thoroughly complete all paperwork

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must love plants!!

-Have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

-Have reliable transportation to and from work.

-Ability to drive and back up truck and trailer

-Be comfortable working in varied weather conditions

-General plant knowledge and weed identification

-Basic irrigation knowledge and ability to use irrigation controller is a plus

-Ability to work well on a team

-Have a strong work ethic and stamina to work long hours in all elements throughout the season.

-Be willing to learn
