Landscape Associates is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of landscape workers
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily tasks and projects
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all groundskeeping equipment
- Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of plants, trees, and lawns
- Manage inventory of supplies and materials needed for landscaping projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, and groundskeeping practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must take a DOT Physical and Drug test.
