Assists the servers in all aspects of the dining experience by preparing meal trays by performing the following duties.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*Fills individual serving cartons with portions of various foods and condiments such as cream, jams, and sauces.
*Portions and garnishes hot cooked foods, such as meat and vegetables, into individual serving dishes.
*Removes plates from the table once the guests are finished with their meal.
Prepares garnishments in the morning.
*During closing cleans all stainless steel shelves, put up all condiments.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty staisfactorily. High school diploma or GED, or three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to communication effectively with guests, other employees, and management. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standarddized situations.
