Description: Review, analyze and reconcile bank accounts, credit card batching on a daily & monthly basis and armored car services. Duties include information reporting, positive pay, reconciling several bank accounts, credit card issues, armored car issues, armored car invoices and answering questions for General Managers and Accountants.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily downloading and formatting bank’s data
• Assist Accountants and General Managers with questions regarding banking issues
• Updating Signature Cards
• Have a direct contact with banks Commercial Services Departments
• Verifying Positive Pay with several banks
• Reconciling account on daily and monthly basis
• Verifying Armored Car invoices and dealing with issues
• Create and maintain Weekly Chargeback Report

Requirements: Two plus years of experience in the cash/treasury management area or credit card processing experience. Previous banking experience is preferred.
Education: Degree in related field preferred.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and has the ability to perform as a team member. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
