Job Overview:
We are seeking a person responsible for safe, accurate repairs and preventative maintence of all equipment and facilities in accordance with all existing codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities management, production equipment maintenance, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all facilities operations, including setting up and maintaining production equipment, building maintenance, security, and other services needed to care for the facility.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Supervise facility staff and contractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, production maintenance management, and project management
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including packaging and bottling equipment, ink jet coders, heat shrink tunnels, and all other production related equipment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and management
