Under the guidance of a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will perform a variety of tasks, ensuring safety and delivering WOW customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform assigned landscape maintenance tasks in a timely manner, adhering to production levels and customer service standards.
• Operate hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and proficiently.
• Conduct regular mowing, edging, weeding, and watering of properties.
• Apply fertilizers and pest control techniques as required.
• Assist in pruning shrubs and report any damaged trees or missing plant material.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Accurately report time worked and interact professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company dress code and conduct expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping or related tasks.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisory instructions.
• Capable of handling the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role involves strenuous work in various weather conditions and exposure to elements such as dirt, water, chemicals, and noise. The job requires physical activities including stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, walking, reaching overhead, handling objects, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Crew members will travel from the main operations building to job sites in company trucks daily.
