As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms /suites and public areas by meeting and exceeding established standards of cleanliness and propriety to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate for this position will respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, and will perform a variety of tasks and projects to ensure that adequate supplies are on hand to present a consistently clean, orderly and attractive environment throughout the hotel.
Core Responsibilities:
Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms /suites as well as the cleanliness of common areas as assigned.
Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms daily.
Cleans break room, guest laundry, public areas when assigned.
Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with company standards.
An individual may be crossed trained as a laundry attended to provide assistance as needed.
Deep clean areas as directed by the supervisor /manager, including but not limited to cleaning rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies; cleaning ceilings, walls and woodwork, windows and doors.
Properly label lost and found articles and turn the into the housekeeping supervisor or manager daily.
Greet, acknowledge and welcome guests according to company service standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your immediate supervisor.
Anticipate and follow through on guests’ service needs.
Support other departments and fellow housekeeping team members as needed.
Other duties assigned supporting Landmark Hotel Group vision, beliefs and principles.

Qualifications:
Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
Must posse a positive attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
Must be able to work a flexible shift along with weekends and holidays.
Must be a good listener and able to follow directions.
