Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Server for the Hilton Garden Inn located at 100 E. Constance Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23434.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function
Set up assigned tables
Retrieve and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently.
Restock buffet items as per specifications.
Take beverage orders and collect payments where specified.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment while actively practicing our Service Standards.

Qualifications:

Commensurate or transfer skill set is of primary importance
Good attitude and work ethic practices to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
Employee must be able to pass Alcohol Awareness Program within four weeks of hire.
