Landis Logistics is Hiring a WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER Near Reading, PA

The Material Handler is a key team member performing the following warehouse duties:
- Operate powered equipment to load, unload, transport and stack material.
- Put away and/or relocate client product in cartons and on pallets using various forklift equipment in a safe, efficient and accurate manner. Accurately record locations.
- Load outgoing materials onto carrier, LTL or client vehicles and trailers
- Assist Shipping Specialist in assembling, addressing, labeling and shipping materials as needed
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting and record keeping

Qualifications
- Some warehouse experience required
- Candidates must be reliable, willing to work hard, interested in being part of a productive team, and have strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand English
- Experience using one or more of the following: Ride On Pallet Jack, Sit-down Forklift, Standup Forklift, Cherry Picker
Schedules:
2nd Shift: M-F 10:30am-7:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
