We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE DESIGNER & SALESPERSON to join our Design Build Team in Columbia, MO. This position is based in our office in Columbia, MO with support from our main office in Moscow Mills, MO.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Site survey and analysis
• Prepare plans and / or 3D models used for illustration of concept to client as well as installation
• Help coordinate aspects of the job regarding design, fulfillment, and installation
• Request pricing from subs and suppliers for estimates
• Perform takeoffs to produce material lists for estimates
• Create Job files for superintendents with pertinent job details
• Communicate with clients start to finish

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years' experience in sales and designing residential landscape, preferred
• Knowledge of horticulture and construction materials 
• Familiar with grading and drainage concepts
• Skilled hand rendering, a plus
• Ability to devote attention to multiple projects concurrently to meet critical deadlines
• Experience in AutoCAD, Dynascape, or Structure Studies software, will train the right individual
• Special attention to detail and problem-solving mentality
