Landesign is Hiring a Landscape Crew Leader Near Eureka, MO
Landesign, LLC is seeking full-time employment for an experienced landscape crew leader. As a crew member, you will work under the guidance of our seasoned operations team, working together to maintain and improve our clients’ properties.
LANDESIGN IS LOCATED IN WENTZVILLE, MO.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping
- Experience leading, organizing & managing multiple people
- Working knowledge of fleet equipment and trucks used in the industry
- Must be able to operate all equipment & train other employees on safe & proficient use
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Class A License (preferred)
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in plan reading and execution
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures jobs are completed on time and on budget in a detailed manner
- Installation of flowers, trees and shrubs and/or knowledge of hardscape installation
- Load/Unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
- Secure equipment for transport to properties
- Remove daily debris trucks and trailers
- Clean trucks & equipment
