We are currently hiring an EXPERIENCED ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER for our Commercial Division.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Estimate, develop, and maintain project costs & budgets and changes
• Prepare complete and accurate reports, proposals, presentations, schedules, & other pertinent documentation in a professional manner
• Produce, log, and track work orders
• Monitor and oversee project operations - from preconstruction to closeout
• Create and review project schedules
• Coordinate and effectively communicate with production supervisor & on-site team to ensure project delivery
• Conduct regular site visits & attend pre-bid meetings to understand the project scope and monitor progress
• Establish & foster relationships with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Communicate with contractors, operations team, and administrative staff
• Comply with company policies, standards, & regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years' experience in construction estimating, preferred
• 5 years’ experience in construction management, preferred
• Proficient in plan reading and translation into estimates
• Experience with RFIs, change orders, highly preferred
• Must have working knowledge of commercial construction documentation & pricing
• Proficient in an estimating software, a plus
• Must be detail oriented & highly organized
