Responsibilities:
Negotiation and Deal Closing:
Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
Guide clients through the closing process, addressing any concerns and facilitating a smooth transaction.
Lead Conversion and Follow-Up:
Respond promptly to inbound/outbound leads and inquiries, cultivating strong relationships with potential buyers/sellers.
Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and guide them through the sales process.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition.
Conduct comparative market analyses to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Commute or relocate to Keller, TX 76248.
Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
3 years of real estate sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
