Auto Technician

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
  • Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
  • Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
  • Willingness to follow direction while working independently
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • ASE certification is ideal
