Land Title Guarantee Company is looking for a Sales professional to join our team. This role is responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and new relationships with prospects in the Southwest Denver Metro market.

This deep seeded connection to Colorado enables our people to provide unmatched customer service and title insurance products to our customers. 

Sales Responsibilities

  • Maintain current & potential client relationships.
  • Leads the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion and repeat business.
  • Transitions a qualified prospect or existing client to a closing manager and supports the closing team in further establishing initial business transactions/deals to account management status.
  • Utilizes information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to properly position business to prospect.
  • Develops and collaborates sales strategies for increasing target market sales and manages the execution of these strategies.
  • Ensures that up-to-date prospective client information is maintained and shared with key business segments within the company.
  • Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience with new business development required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in title insurance or proven sales results in other related industries (Financial/Escrow, Real Estate Agents, etc.) preferred.
  • Certified Title License.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role starts at $36-48K base commission/year with quarterly incentives. As allowable under Colorado State Law, this position is exempt from overtime. 
  • Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, and expertise & may vary from the amount above.
