Land Ocean New American Grill is a new upscale restaurant and bar located in the Gateway Market Place in Meridian. We are so thankful to have been so warmly welcomed by the Meridian / Eagle / Boise Communities. Our premium restaurant group has received many accolades for amazing food and polished service.

At Land Ocean we are dedicated to a fresh high-quality menu with hand crafted cocktails, extensive wine lists, craft beers and amazing upscale-casual ambiance with friendly professional service. We currently have six and soon to be 7 restaurants in our growing restaurant group. Land Ocean has built a reputation for quality and consistency with premium steaks, fresh seafood and wood fired rotisserie. We are looking for experienced and motivated team members. We seek individuals interested in creating a strong culture and that have a passion for amazing consistent food and providing the best guest experience!

The ideal candidate will:

*Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all team members and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested

*Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments

*Be able to exhibit a cheerful, helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service!

*Be able to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency

*Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu

*Be able to follow instructions for recipes, steps of service and sanitation guidelines

*Be able to positively represent LAND OCEAN in the community

*Have the ability to WOW the guest and do everything you can to bring them back again
