The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are a must along with a friendly, professional demeanor. Job Duties: Coordinate and process payroll administration in a timely and appropriate manner. Coordinate document control and file management Assist with internal/external job posting. Assist in hiring activities and ensure pre and post-employment activities are completed Complete activities to ensure compliance Procure, schedule, track, and monitor flow of contract labor Assist in other administrative activities as assigned Skills Required: Solid Microsoft Office skills Strong Computer skills Critical reasoning and problem solving Excellent organization and strong attention to detail Team oriented attitude Self-starter/Self-motivated Ability to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalities Ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment Education/Experience Required: High School Diploma/GED 5 Years’ experience in administrative or customer service Education/Skills Preferred: Associates degree or higher Experience with ADP and Workday systems Land O'Lakes, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) M/F/Vets/Disabled.
